1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Trustpage (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Trustpage platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trustpage provides a hosted trust center platform that enables B2B SaaS companies to:

• Create and manage public-facing trust centers
• Upload and share security documentation and compliance certifications
• Implement NDA workflows for sensitive document access
• Track visitor engagement and document access
• Configure custom domains for branded trust centers

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

The Service is offered under various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. Features and limitations vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

For paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before taking effect and will apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share it. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of User Content.

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Trustpage and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

“Trustpage” and our logo are trademarks of Trustpage. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTPAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trustpage and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, we will delete your User Content within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are legally required to retain it.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warsaw, Poland.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trustpage concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
